How it Works - Helps Reduce Osmotic Shock
When fish experience times of great stress or even disease, their gills begin to not function correctly, resulting in a symptom called OSMOTIC SHOCK.
When fish experience OSMOTIC SHOCK, the very much needed electrolytes are depleted through their gills, causing breathing issues or the fishs ability of taking in oxygen and releasing carbon dioxide.
Fish Krack contains a healthy dose of electrolytes, which greatly helps in decreasing the stress level and increasing the performance of the gills activity.
Detoxifies and Maintains pH Levels
When fish are kept in a holding enclosure for extended periods of time, the enclosure's PH levels become elevated, offsetting the nitrogen Cycle. Harmful Ammonia can be created by fish excrement, decomposition of organic matter, or even the fish themselves.
Fish Krack removes chlorine, chloramine and detoxifies ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. It is non-acidic and will not impact existing pH levels. Fish Krack contains a binder which renders ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate non-toxic, allowing biofilters or water cycles to more efficiently remove them.
How to Use
Directions:
- Use 1/2 Tablespoon per 1 Gallon of Water
- Use 1 Cupful per 30 Gallons of Water
- Use 1 Pound per 46 Gallons of Water
- Use 5 Pounds per 230 Gallons of Water
- Use 15 Pounds per 690 Gallons of Water
- Use 25 Pounds per 1150 Gallons of Water
Helpful Tips:
- Keep Tank Water Recirculated Often With Fresh Water.
- When Circulating The Live Well or Bait Tank, Add More Formula When The Blue Tint Starts To Fade.
- On Hot Days, Cool Down The Water With Ice or Frozen Bottles of Water.
- Use Aerator or Oxygen Inducer when Available.
- Reduce Overcrowding: General Rule of 1 Gallon to Every 1" of Fish

My bait stayed alive for nearly two weeks in an aerated portable live well, giving me time to fish two weekends with only one trip for bait. Follow directions and change the water as often as your bait fish eliminate waste (which they usually do in unison). I feed twice a day, transferring bait fish to fresh, treated water after elimination. Aerating new, treated water for 30 minutes or longer prior to transfer offers best results. Treat bait fish with care when transferring.
Needed some sort of nourishments for my baitfish in order for them to survive my 56 hr trip. They exceeded the 56 hr and I lost them at 73 hr when my battles to my arerator gave out. Great product and piece of mind.
I've always had a hard time keeping my minnows alive, but this stuff definitely helped! I will be telling my friends! In fact I sent one to my good friend in Florida so he could try, I know he will love it.
I have recently did a test to see how long I can keep some surplus minnows alive in my garage in a 2-1/2 gallon insulated bait bucket. I had 14 large minnows for over a week now and none have died. I have aeration going all the time, add some frozen gel packs to keep the water cool and do water changes regularly with treated water. I’m surprised at how healthy the fish are.
Never used the product before. I grabbed it for this season of ice fishing. I can say it works very well. I've kept shinners 10 days by using this before I could get back out several times this winter. I use a 5 gallon pale home depot ot drywall pale with an aerator running and add this to it. I change water every few days the only time I lost shinners was when it was in the single digits or below zero. I keep them.in my garage and it's not heated so some smaller ones died but there was a thin layer of ice on top. I've even added a little more than suggested and have had no problems

Turned the water a beautiful blue fish are healthy and active even during the cold weather.
Bait fish love this. Easy to measure amount you need. Keeps water clean and fish happy. Fish seem to thrive better after product is used.
